We're about to set up your personal AI agent — something you're going to love. Before we start, we want to be totally honest with you about a few things, just so there are no surprises.

We don't expect any of this to go wrong. We've set up lots of agents and they almost always work great. But just like anything involving computers and the internet, there are a few possibilities — even if they're small — that we want you to be aware of.

Take a quick read through these. After each one, we've written "do you understand?" — that's intentional. As long as you understand, we're good.

• Files could be lost during setup.We do our best to back everything up before we touch anything. We don't expect files to be lost. But it's always possible — power outage, a network hiccup, a weird edge case — that something doesn't survive the process. Do you understand?

• You'll be sharing API keys and account access.So your agent can talk to OpenRouter, Stripe, WhatsApp, and whatever else you use. We'll keep them as secure as we can — but any time you hand a key to someone, there's always some small chance it gets exposed. Do you understand?

• Your agent acts on your behalf.Once it's set up, it can send messages, schedule meetings, call people, post on social media, buy things, deploy code — basically, anything you tell it to. That includes mistakes. We don't expect mistakes, but AI can surprise us. Do you understand that what the agent does is ultimately your responsibility?

• Third-party services can change or break.We rely on a bunch of services we don't control — OpenAI, OpenRouter, Stripe, WhatsApp, Airtable, GitHub, Netlify, and more. Any of them can change their API, raise prices, go down, or shut down without warning. We don't expect this to cause problems, but it's the nature of the internet. Do you understand?

• We can't guarantee any specific outcome.We'll do our best to set up an agent that works exactly how you want. We don't expect anything bad to happen. But we can't promise specific revenue, specific engagement, specific results — and we can't be held responsible for outcomes we can't control. Do you understand?

💚 What we DO promise

Setup is generally smooth, fun, and the result is an agent that makes your life easier. Most people are thrilled. We've done this many times.

The reason we wrote the stuff above is just to be honest with you, the same way you'd want a contractor to be honest before they work on your house. None of it means we expect problems — it just means we're real with you.
